Financial Policy

At Metropolitan Oral Surgery Associates, we deliver the finest, most appropriate care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.  Payment is appreciated at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, MOSA accepts payment in the form of cash, personal check, money order as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards.  For extensive treatment plans, we may be able to make arrangements for a payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to initiating treatment.

Insurance

Our dedicated insurance coordinator works hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  We will see to it that all claims are processed promptly and correctly to minimize your out of pocket expenses. Drs. Wolf, Perry and Gray participate with a select group of insurance plans, but work with many plans in which they do not participate. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.
